Main purpose

Ambio's main purpose is to offer our customers consulting services and solutions that effectively meet the needs of the market. We will contribute to society and the environment around us moving in the right direction.

Strategy

Introduce and continuously maintain an effective management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001. We will also work in accordance with the UN Guiding Principles on Human Rights.

Commitment, compliance and proactivity

We are committed to continuously carrying out work that satisfies the requirements and specifications set by our customers, our employees and shareholders, and by the authorities. Ambio is also committed to working continuously with the environment, to prevent pollution and reduce our impact on the environment and to comply with relevant environmental regulations.

Ambio requires all our employees and contractors to comply with this policy. We also require our subcontractors and business partners to also act loyally towards the purpose of this policy.

Our commitments fall into two categories: compliance and proactivity. Compliance refers to the company's commitment to legality and willingness to observe community values. Proactivity is any initiative to promote quality, work environment, human rights, help local communities and protect our natural environment.

We divide our policies into the following categories: Environment, Social responsibility, Quality, Work environment, Privacy and information security.

Environment

Ambio is committed to working continuously with the environment, to prevent pollution and reduce our impact on the environment and to comply with relevant environmental regulations.

Quality

Our quality goals will be achieved by:

• Introduce and continuously maintain an effective Quality Management System that satisfies the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and the Act on Internal Control.
• Review, understand and satisfy customer requirements and needs
• Management must continuously prepare quality objectives that will form the basis for the company's improvement work.
• Ensure that all personnel in the company are aware of the company's quality management objectives and our quality management strategy through continuous training and education at all levels.
• Ensure that management's behavior, image and communication reflect the values that support quality and continuous improvement.
• Make the necessary resources available so that we can achieve our goals.

Working environment

Ambio is firmly committed to this policy which enables all work activities to be carried out safely and with all possible measures to remove (or at least reduce) risks to the health, safety and welfare of workers, contractors, authorized visitors and anyone else who may be affected by our operations. We are bound by the Working Environment Act and work in accordance with NS-EN ISO 45001.

We seek cooperation from all workers, customers and other people. We encourage suggestions to realize our health and safety goals to create a safe working environment with zero accidents.

Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all activities in Ambio AS, and covers all work and activities carried out by Ambio AS in our own premises (including home offices), all our customers' premises, and all other contexts and locations where we represent ourselves, or represent our customers.

The privacy policy also covers all interactions with customers, prospects, partners and suppliers, regardless of the form of communication. Reference is also made to Ambio's privacy policy.

Information security

This policy establishes minimum information security standards that must be met by the entity. It allows for enhancements based on unique business requirements and legal policies, but requires that the security standards described here be met at a minimum.
